  • Provide fact-checking capabilities against reference materials
AI-Generated Content Notice

All content generated by Executive Voice is created using artificial intelligence. Content may not be factually accurate and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all generated content.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Executive Voice only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include:

  • Illegal Activities: Any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Harmful Content: Generating content that is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
  • Impersonation: Creating content intended to deceive or mislead others about authorship
  • Privacy Violations: Processing personal data without proper authorization
  • System Abuse: Attempting to circumvent security measures or overload our systems
  • Intellectual Property: Violating copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights

3. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Content Accuracy: Review and verify all generated content before use
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure your use complies with applicable laws
  • Data Rights: Only upload content you have rights to use
  • Professional Judgment: Apply appropriate editorial oversight to AI outputs

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content:
  • You retain ownership of content you upload to Executive Voice
  • You grant us license to process your content to provide our services
  • You represent that you have rights to all uploaded content
Generated Content:
  • You own the AI-generated content created through our platform
  • Generated content must be clearly attributed as AI-created when published
  • We retain no ownership claims to your generated content

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy which explains:

  • What personal data we collect and why
  • How we use and protect your information
  • Your rights under GDPR and other privacy laws
  • How we handle AI training and data processing

6. Service Availability

  • Uptime: We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
  • Maintenance: Planned maintenance will be announced in advance
  • Updates: We may update features and functionality without notice
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend access for terms violations

7. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Executive Voice is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
  • Users are solely responsible for content review and editorial decisions

8. Third-Party Services

Executive Voice integrates with third-party AI and infrastructure providers:

  • OpenAI: For content generation capabilities
  • SendGrid: For email communications
  • Replit: For hosting and infrastructure

These integrations are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Compliance & Regulatory

Executive Voice complies with:

10. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • By User: Delete your account at any time through account settings
  • By Us: For terms violations, after notice and opportunity to cure
  • Data Deletion: Account data will be deleted within 30 days of termination
  • Survival: Certain provisions survive termination (liability limitations, IP rights)

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent site notice
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
  • You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Executive Voice is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
